Subscription Titles, Fixed Automatically

The plugin appends the subscription duration and label to product titles that don’t already include them. “PluginPro” becomes “PluginPro 1 Year Subscription.”

Google requires the word “subscription” and the duration in every subscription title. Without it, the product gets disapproved.

Subscription Validation: Non-Compliant Plans Stay Out

The plugin reads subscription data from EDD Recurring and EDD Software Licensing, calculates the duration in months, and excludes any subscription shorter than 12 months or not in a 12-month increment.

Google only allows prepaid annual subscriptions. Monthly and quarterly plans will be rejected. The plugin enforces this automatically so your account doesn’t accumulate disapprovals.

Exclude Individual Products Without Touching EDD

A checkbox on each product’s edit screen lets you skip that product from the feed entirely. Check it and that product is excluded the next time the feed generates.

One Feed Item Per Price Option

For products with variable pricing, the plugin creates a separate feed entry for each price tier, with a unique ID and its own product URL.

Google requires each variant to have its own listing and landing page. Without this, only one price would appear and the others would be invisible to Google Shopping.

Zero Shipping, Declared Correctly

The plugin adds a shipping block with a cost of 0.00 to every feed item automatically.

Google requires digital products to declare zero shipping explicitly. An empty shipping field is not the same as zero, and missing it can get products flagged.

Identifier Exists = NO: Required for Most Software

A single toggle adds identifier_exists = no to every item in the feed.

Most digital products don’t have a GTIN. Google expects you to declare this explicitly. Skipping it causes Merchant Center warnings and can affect how your products are shown.

Google Product Taxonomy: Pick the Right Category

The full Google taxonomy is available as a searchable tree picker. Select once and it applies to every product in the feed.

Google uses the product category to decide where your products appear. For software subscriptions, Google specifically recommends Software > Computer Software. The wrong category, or no category, reduces visibility.

Auto-Update: Feed Stays Current

All feeds regenerate automatically on a daily or weekly schedule. Manual regeneration is available anytime from the admin.

Google fetches your feed regularly. If prices change or products are updated in EDD, the next generation picks up the changes automatically. Stale feeds lead to disapprovals.

After each generation, the plugin produces a report showing which products were included, which were skipped, and the specific reason for each.

When products go missing from Merchant Center, the diagnostics report tells you why: missing image, subscription too short, manually excluded. Fix the exact issue instead of guessing.

Feed Filters: Only Send What Belongs

Filter by EDD category, tag, download type, license status, or price range. Only matching products are written to the feed.

If your store has a mix of qualifying software and non-qualifying products like eBooks or short subscriptions, filters let you include only what Google will accept without changing anything in EDD.
