GravitySearch GPL v1.2.0

GravitySearch GPL Overview

Search Gravity Forms entries across every form from one screen, with advanced filters, instant previews, and bulk actions.

Search across every form at once-GravitySearch GPL

Type a single query and GravitySearch looks through every form for you, so you can find an entry without remembering where it was submitted. Each result shows the field that matched and its value, so the reason an entry came up is always clear.

• One search runs across all your Gravity Forms forms.
• Results show the matching field and value.
• No exports, spreadsheets, or third-party tools.

Build precise filters on any field-GravitySearch GPL

The visual filter builder lets you combine conditions with AND and OR logic and group them, all without writing code. Filter on form fields, dates, entry status, payment details, and more to describe exactly the entries you want.

• Combine conditions with AND/OR logic and nested groups.
• Filter on any form field or entry property.
• Start simple, or build complex multi-part queries.

Preview entries without losing your place-GravitySearch GPL

Open any result in a preview pane to read the full submission in place, then close it and keep working through your list. When you have found the right entries, run bulk actions on them without leaving the screen.

• Preview the full entry in a pane over your results.
• Skip the back-and-forth of opening each entry.
• Mark as read, spam, star, or trash in bulk.
