The WordPress Digital Signature Form plugin allows two ways to collect signatures: either type it or draw the signature with a touch screen, trackpad, or mouse.

The drawn option is almost certainly the preferred route, but the “Type it” option ensures this field can be used by all website visitors, even those with limited mobility.

After the signature form is submitted, an image file is created from this field and saved in your Formidable uploads folder. This image can then be displayed in a form confirmation message, email notification, or a View.
